Being Unexceptional is a wonderful thing. Being Normal is so liberating.
HELLO REBELS AND FREEDOM SEEKERS!
I’m Rebel with a Quote and I’m so very happy you’ve found your way here!
I’ve spent all my Life ashamed of who I am.
I’ve spent all my Life being a slave to other people’s opinions.
Letting their reaction towards me dictate what I could and could not do. Silently begging to be accepted, approved, loved.
And now that I’m finally done with all this bullshit, I have a lot to share with you.
You see, I do believe that amazing things happen when we Follow our Freedom.
Our Freedom to Fuck Up.
Our Freedom to Fail.
Our Freedom to Make Mistakes.
Our Freedom to Be Seen Without Masks.
Our Freedom to Be Unexceptional.
While everyone today is screaming WHY BE NORMAL? as if it was a crime, I’m here to tell you: well, why not be it?
Why is being “Normal” immediately associated with some sort of horrible crime? As if baring teeth on endless selfies was proof a fabulous life.
Going back to my own Normality saved me from a Life that wasn’t mine anymore. Being able to just be Me and do exactly what I want, the way I want it, when and how I want, has finally set me free.
It enabled me to get off a spinning wheel where I was just a hamster driving myself crazy to become something MORE than all those other hamsters around me. Because nowadays, happiness is just a product to sell.
A to-do list, a how to manual to follow in order to be and become MORE than we are today.
Spoiler alert: whatever you do, it will never be enough. Because the Program is devised to keep you spinning.
Now it’s time to jump off that spinning wheel.
You don’t need to be healed. You don’t need to be fixed. You don’t need to be and do MORE.
You just need to embrace Who You Are and Where You Are right now, everything included.
The Good the Bad and the Ugly.
It’s You. It’s Life. It’s Chaos. It’s Beautiful.
